The 10 Clifton StrengthsExplorer themes of talent are: Achieving, Caring, Competing, Confidence, Dependability, Discoverer, Future Thinker, Organizer, Presence and Relating.
After children complete the Clifton StrengthsExplorer assessment, they get a report listing their top three themes (of the 10) based on their responses.
