The cards are color-coded according to the four CliftonStrengths domains and include six insight statements and a metaphor for each of the 34 CliftonStrengths themes.
While each CliftonStrengths theme has its own power and edge, the 34 themes can be grouped into four distinct domains: Executing, Influencing, Relationship Building and Strategic Thinking.
