Help your clients think more deeply about what behaviors are likely to be natural for them and what other people, as a result, can expect from them.

The insight statements for your clients’ dominant themes can tell them something about:

• who they are
• what they will naturally do
• what their contribution might be
• what they might need
• what they are likely to value -- what they love or hate

Some clients may find it easier to learn through pictures, rather than words. An illustration may help them better understand and remember each theme's essence.

Use the metaphors and images that describe each theme to give clients another way to think about their talents.
