How it Works
If you're purchasing the Q12 survey for your team, multiple teams or the entire company:
- Select the number of survey participants, and add that number to your cart.
- When you are done shopping, go to checkout.
- Sign in to your account, or create an account if you don’t already have one.
- After you complete the checkout process, you will receive instructions on how to administer the survey and manage your results, reports and resources on your Gallup Access account.
- Send out the survey whenever you’re ready,* and explore the content and resources on Gallup Access for a full 12 months after your purchase date.
*You can distribute the survey to participants all at once or in batches at different times. But we will combine all of the reporting. If you need separate reporting, you need to purchase an additional survey with the proper number of participants.

You cannot add additional participants to your survey after you purchase it. Make sure you choose the correct number of participants before you make your purchase.
How soon will my reports be ready after the survey has closed?
Your survey reporting will be ready within 24-hours after your survey closes.
Can I send out my survey to different people at different times?
Yes, you can distribute the survey to participants in batches at different times or all at once if you prefer. But we will combine all of the reporting. *You need to purchase separate reporting and census one by one.

Will I get the same survey and reports that I did when I purchased the Q12 survey on q12.gallup.com?
While the survey questions and methodology are the same, there are a few key differences to the one-time survey on Gallup Access, including:
- additional recommendations, learning resources and action tools
- new reporting options
- workgroup-level database comparisons instead of company-level database
- user-initiated survey launch and close; no system-scheduled start and end dates
- no ability to trend from q12.gallup.com data (download your data from q12.gallup.com before June 30, 2021, to keep your past results*)
- no ability to add additional participants after purchase
*You will still be able to log in to the q12.gallup.com site and view your reports until June 30, 2021, but you won’t be able to purchase or administer your surveys on the site after Nov. 20, 2020.
