What Is CliftonStrengths for Students: Champions?
CliftonStrengths for Students: Champions is a six-hour course that gives you the foundation to build a thriving campus.
In this course, you will develop a better understanding of CliftonStrengths, engagement and wellbeing. The course also equips you with the tools you need to begin implementing a strengths-based approach with staff and students.

This course is for educators in any position who want to drive measurable outcomes in campus wellbeing and engagement.
What You’ll Learn
In the CliftonStrengths for Students: Champions course, you’ll learn the fundamentals of strengths-based education and discover the connection between student strengths, engagement and wellbeing.
You’ll also learn about the three types of student engagement, personal and campus wellbeing, and how undergraduate experiences relate to job quality later in life.

Do I need to be an educator or work for an educational institution to take this course?
No, but we do recommend it. This course focuses on using CliftonStrengths for Students with faculty, staff and students in higher education institutions.
Does this course qualify for Gallup strengths certification?
No. To start your journey to become a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, complete the Gallup Global Strengths Coach course (full curriculum) or both the Successful Strengths Coaching course and the Coaching Individuals, Managers and Teams course.
What are the differences between in-person courses and virtual courses besides the format?
